ECHO & Family Center Early Childhood Council
The Mission of the ECHO and Family Center Early Childhood Council is: To promote and sustain a comprehensive, high quality early childhood system to support families and prepare children for success in school and life.
ECHO has been serving children prenatal to kindergarten age in Fremont County since 1978.
