Our Mission: TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN FREMONT COUNTY THROUGH THE SUCCESSFUL PROMOTION OF THE BELVEDERE BLUES FESTIVAL.
The annual blues festival is held each fall on the weekend following Labor Day; the community event raises funds for a variety of Fremont County non-profit organizations and humanitarian causes. The Foundation also sponsors the local “Let It Rip” paper recycling program, with bins throughout Cañon City, Florence and Penrose to collect all types of paper for recycling.
