Our menu allows for a variety of choices including handmade pasta with our family secret recipe sauces, steaks, chicken, and seafood. Although America is eating less beef, Merlinos' is compared with two other steak houses in the United States. They are located in Kansas City, and Dallas. Merlinos' buys the top ten percent of the grade of Angus beef. We age and cut our steaks in our own meat shop.
Our pasta is handmade and we use family secret recipe sauces. Our Seafood comes from around the world. We import cold water Lobster from Australia and Frog Legs from Bangladesh, India.
