19th Annual Bicycle Tour of Colorado

The end of the Bicycle Tour of Colorado arrives today in Canon City after their 438 Miles of riding through the Colorado Rocky Mountains. 75th Anniversary 2nd Annual Block Party

Hosted by Bridge to Life Assembly located at 222 N. Live Wolves at the Bridge

The Rocky Mountain Wildlife Foundation will be on hand at the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park to do an educational session featuring wolves.  Event will be held at the Gazebo inside the park.  Don't miss out on these wonderful furry canines.

Sculpture Garden

The Fremont Center for the Arts will hold a ribbon cutting dedication at 505 Macon Avenue for their new Sculpture Garden.  Live music by William Lonebear and snacks will be provided. Public is WELCOME to share it this moment of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the many volunteers and the initial vision and plan by Rob Smith and Chad Haunschild and Create Canon City.  For more  information call 275-9123.

The Kempters

Santa Dash

As part of the annual Christmas Parade of Lights, you can join in a "Dash" down Main Street from 9th to 3rd just prior to the start of the parade.  Come join the mob of Santas as the signal the start of the parade.  Open to all ages (everyone must complete waiver to participate!) Danapalooza 5K Trail Run/Walk
