Located adjacent to Skyline Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, the Village at Canon City provides independent living apartments through a variety of floor plans ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Each unit comes with their individual patio that the resident can decorate to their liking. All the utilities are included except for personal telephone. Each kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, refrigerator, and disposal. On-site laundry facilities are available.
A well-balanced and delicious lunch is provided each day, for a small fee, in our attractive dining room. Also in our dining room, we provide various musical acts and activities throughout the year including an Oktoberfest party with bratwurst and sauerkraut in mid-fall. YUM! Also, in December, a holiday party is planned with music and the traditional turkey and ham dinner is served. Not to mention, there’s an arts and crafts corner for the residents to enjoy puzzles, scrap booking and other fun activities while visiting with their neighbors.
There is a 24-hour emergency call system in each unit. Also for the residents’ safety, we provide off-street parking and security lighting in our parking lot. There are also garages available in our well-lit parking lot.
Transportation is available for shopping and banking once a week.
