Owner Daniel Petit, a chef since 1977, trained in the French Burgundy region of France, Daniel prides himself on using no preservatives in his food.
The restaurant opened on September 15th, 1989, after three years of renovations the Victorian home to the proper ambiance that Petit requires.
Le Petit Chablis features homemade breads and pastries as well as such delicacies as lamb, veal, duck, beef, and even Cajun dishes.
This elegant restaurant also features fresh seafood and exquisite soups, such as gumbo and French onion. A full service bar and wine cellar includes the finest of French premium and libations.”
