Hildebrand Care Center treats a wide variety of health issues, focusing on the problems facing the geriatric population. Families and friends are encouraged to be regular visitors and participants in the care process as we recognize the role they play in residents adjusting quickly to a new environment, and achieving their
highest practical capability.

Hildebrand Care Center is a 30,000-sq. ft. full
service nursing care facility, which has served
Colorado with a rare combination of nursing care and compassion since November 1973. Located in the “Banana Belt” of Colorado, Hildebrand enjoys a year round mild climate away from the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan area.


Hildebrand Care Center is licensed by the Colo. Dept. of Health and provides 24 hour care, seven days a week. It is located directly across the street from St. Thomas More Hospital. Our facility
features semi, small and large private rooms, two secure units for the special population with
dementia and Respite Care program for those
normally cared for in their home. We also have “End of Life” services, similar to those of Hospice, that are provided by our staff.


While Hildebrand’s primary focus has been in
individuals requiring long term nursing care, those in need of treatment for injury or illness who would otherwise not require skilled services are
accommodated as well.

Our rates are all-inclusive and there are no
ancillary charges.
