Colorado Choice offers a variety of products at competitive rates that will help get your employees to the right care, at the right place and at the right time. We will work with you and/or your Broker to make it easy to select a plan that best meets your needs and expectations.
Our Products include:
* Comprehensive Healthcare Plans-providing a wide spectrum of healthcare services which commonly include hospital care, physicians' services and many other kinds of healthcare services with an emphasis on preventive care.
* HSA qualified High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP)- provides comprehensive medical coverage after your decuctible is met and provides a tax free way to help your employees build savings for medical expenses. These Plans have higher annual deductibles and higher out-of-pocket maximums than Comprehensive Healthcare Plans.
Benefit choices include:
Choice of co-payments or coinsurance for office visits, professional services, hospital and ER services
Additional coverage for Pharmacy, Dental and/or Vision benefits
Choice of deductibles.
